Villa Ios Blue is a brand new seafront villa with amazing sea and sunset views. It offers total seclusion and relaxation, yet it is strategically located within easy reach of two sandy beaches, two well known restaurants and all amenities Ios port and Ios Chora has to offer!

The villa's size is 160 sq. m. on a 3 acre piece of land that reaches out to the sea. It is actually an architectural marvel, built with respect to local tradition using local handmade materials.  Huge verandas and terraces are surrounding the building, built in a such a way to minimize the prevailing north winds of the Aegean sea. 

The villa accommodates 6 guests. Its interior features a sitting room with two sofa beds, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, guest wc and two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.10) and en-suite bathroom with a beautiful stone washbasin and a large built-in shower. The second bedroom is actually a studio. It features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), two single beds and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views.

The main veranda offers seating and dining facilities. A long stone built bench reaches all the way from the one end of the veranda to the built-in barbeque.  The barbeque itself was meticulously carved in a large rock which was intentionally left untouched at its natural position. Verandas and terraces of more than 300 sq. m extend around the villa.
